Montreal Canada will be the host of the new the edition of the UFC MMA fight competition. This time the UFC night of fights is going to move from the United Arab Emirates to Canada in a explossive event holding a really interesting fight between Lyoto Machida and Shogun.

Lyoto Carvalho Machida (born May 30, 1978) is a Japanese Brazilian mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter from Salvador, Brazil who fights as a light heavyweight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and is the current UFC Light Heavyweight Champion. As of November 2009, Machida is undefeated in his professional MMA career. He is currently ranked as the #1 light heavyweight fighter in the world and the #4 pound for pound fighter by Sherdog.

The son of a Japanese Shotokan karate master, Yoshizo Machida, Machida holds an undefeated record that includes notable victories over Stephan Bonnar, Thiago Silva, Tito Ortiz, Rich Franklin, B.J. Penn, Rashad Evans and Mauricio Rua.

Mauricio Milani Rua on the other hand is a Brazilian mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter currently fighting as a former pride guy light heavyweight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Nicknamed "Shogun," Rua is the winner of the PRIDE Fighting Championship's 2005 Middleweight (205 lb) Grand Prix and holds notable wins over such fighters as Chuck Liddell, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Alistair Overeem (2 times), Ricardo Arona and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira. He received a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Nino Schembri. He is the younger brother of fellow MMA fighter Murilo "Ninja" Rua. He is currently ranked as the #2 light heavyweight fighter in the world by Sherdog.
